Shipping & Returns Policy


The product is shipped within 24hours of the order being placed at For customers in the USA, who select a standard shipping method, the product is received within 10 working days. Orders requested with “Rush Shipping”, are delivered within 3-4 working days. Any orders which have an “Overnight Shipping” request, are delivered within 1-2 working days, all “Overnight Shipping” requests, much be placed by 3pm BST. Please note that any orders placed on a Friday, or over the weekend, will be shipped on the Monday of the following week.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were not used, opened or damaged

If the Lifting Serum or Gelling Agent have been opened, then these cannot be returned. All customers have 15 days from receiving the product to request a full refund minus shipping costs. This refund, however, can only be administered if the product is shipped back with the original seals intact, for both the Lifting Serum and the Gelling Agent.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
