We provide you with a Lifting Serum and Gelling Solution. When the Gelling Solution is added to the Lifting Serum and applied to the face, the carbon dioxide in the air fuses with our ingredients to create a strong solidifying effect (O+ Complex), that lifts and firms the skin whilst extracting impurities from the pores. 

At the same time, powerful botanical extracts and peptides are activated, which target problematic skin concerns, whilst also targeting skin issues related to ageing. 

With continued use, there is a noticeably improved complexion, where signs of ageing are reduced, pores are tightened and skin tone appears more even.

Once applied to the skin, these ingredients purify and tighten the skin, whilst also stimulating collagen production. The plant botanicals, included in the product, work to soothe problematic skin issues, such as hyperpigmentation and enlarged pores. 

The Lifting Serum and Gelling Solution create a purifying compound that lifts and cleanses, whilst the plant botanicals soothe and even the skin tone.

No, this product will not make your skin peel.  It will tighten the skin and even out the skin tone, whilst providing a vast array of anti-aging benefits also, however it will not peel the skin from your face.  

Yes, our multi-action facial is not created using any animal products or derivatives and is not tested on animals. The mask is Vegan and Cruelty-Free. 

Should I use if I am trying to also treat Melasma on the Skin? 

If you are treating melasma by way of a retinol product which is having an intense drying effect on the skin, then we recommend not using our product at that time. Should you wish to stop using a retinol product for a time period and then use our multi-action facial, please ensure the skin has regained moisture first, since delaying the use of the retinol products. Our multi-action facial will even the skin tone, including melasma - however should not be used at the same time as a retinol product. 

Can I Use this Whilst Pregnant or Breastfeeding? 

It is recommended that you consult with your doctor before using this product, should you be pregnant or breastfeeding. Pregnancy alters how the skin reacts to many external influences, and it is for this reason that seeking the advice of a medical expert, is the recommended course of action for those pregnant or breastfeeding. 

Can this be Used after Receiving Major Surgery such as Chemotherapy? 

All products used after any major surgery, should be discussed with a medical expert who has expert knowledge of the treatment you have received. No products, including those from skinporter, should be used, unless a medical expert, who understands the details of your treatment, has expressly given their medical opinion regarding safe use. 

I Have Rosacea, can I Use this product? Will it Help? 

Many of the participants in our clinical trials had rosacea, and reported positive results in relation to how the product soothed the skin and suppressed the overall visibility of the condition. No participants reported that the product had an adverse effect on the condition. 

I Suffer from Cystic Acne, Can I Use this Product? 

Many of the participants in our clinical trials suffered from cystic acne, and reported positive results in relation to how the product soothed the skin, evened out the skin tone and made the skin appear smoother overall. No participants reported that the product had an adverse effect on the condition, and many reported a decrease in breakouts after using the product twice weekly for 30 days. 

Does it Work for Men Also? 

Yes, our multi-action facial provides the same outstanding results when used by males also.  

Can it be Used on Children? 

skinporter has not conducted any clinical trials which included children as test subjects, and cannot therefore, make any formal claims. If trying to treat a specific skin condition such as acne using the product, then please consult with your dermatologist before allowing anyone identified as a “child” to use the product. 

Can I Use after Receiving Botox or Other Facial Fillers? 

This product can be used after receiving facial injections, however we do suggest leaving a two-week period between the injections and using the product, to allow the injections to take full effect. 

Can I Use Along with Microderm Treatment?

We would advise leaving a day or two after receiving a professional microderm treatment, and using the product. If using a home microderm machine, it is also recommended that you allow the skin sufficient time to recover from the process before using the multi-action facial. 

Our multi-action facial is hypoallergenic, and it is part of the ethos of skinporter that all of our future products will also be the same. Extensive testing was done by accredited medical labs, to ensure that the product resulted in no allergic reactions to individuals. Should you experience any irregularities that are causing you discomfort after two hours of using the product, then please consult a medical expert.

Please do not be concerned, the redness will dissipate in time. Due to the tightening effect the product has on the skin, more blood is pulled to the skin’s surface and this is the cause for the redness. The redness will subside once you have removed the mask.

For those who identify their skin as overly sensitive, we recommend leaving the product on for 15-20 minutes, as opposed to the widely recommended 30minutes. Those falling into this category, should increase the level of fanning directed towards the skin, that the full benefits are still achieved within this reduced application period.

Results vary for each individual and the severity of the skin concern experienced by each individual, will influence both results and their lasting effect. Many customers report impactful exciting results to their skin after just one application. Some individuals, depending on the condition of their skin, may need fewer applications to receive similar results. 

In the skinporter clinical trials, all participants were instructed to use the facial twice per week, for a period of 30 days. This frequency of application provided the strongest results overall. Based on these trials, skinporter recommends that you use our multi-action facial twice per week, waiting 2-3 days between applications, until the individual's desired results are evident – anti-ageing, more even skin tone etc. After this, the product can be used whenever the individual feels they would like to add extra impact to the already renewed appearance of their skin.

We are an international company whose main office is based in the United Kingdom, and who also have operations in America and South Korea. None of our products are tested on animals and all are Vegan. All products have gone through clinical safety studies in the UK, USA and South Korea. 

The product is shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed at www.skinporter.com.

skinporter can only accept returns on products that have not been opened. If the Lifting Serum or Gelling Agent have been opened, then these cannot be returned.  

All customers have 15 days from receiving the product to request a full refund minus shipping costs. This refund, however, can only be administered if the product is shipped back with the original seals intact, for both the Lifting Serum and the Gelling Agent. 

Changes to the shipping address can only be administered by skinporter head office, within one hour of the order being placed. After this, the product is with the courier company and no longer able to have any details amended. We highly recommend that you double check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Please note that any orders which have an “Overnight Shipping” request, will not be subject to any changes regarding address or other personal details. These orders are shipped immediately and therefore do not have the one hour “window” for change to personal details.
