Tracking & Delivery Attempts
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours and may require a signature on arrival.
If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, the courier may leave a calling card and re-attempt delivery. After multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel may be redirected to a local collection point or returned to sender.
Our Customer Care team monitors delivery exceptions and will contact you if action is required.
Customs & Import Duties
Prices displayed do not include destination import duties, taxes or fees charged by the recipient country unless stated otherwise.
These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
