Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed cellophane packaging.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

A proof of purchase or receipt is required.
We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered items due to hygiene and safety standards.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at concierge@skinporter.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the EU, you are entitled by law to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be in unopened, original condition and sealed in cellophane packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
If approved, a refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund approval, please contact us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
