ELIGIBILITY
By using this website you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
PRODUCTS
skinporter products are cosmetic skincare products intended to support the appearance and health of the skin. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers should review ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test before full application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified professional.
ORDERS
All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order. A contract is formed only once goods have been dispatched.
PRICING
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency and may change without prior notice. Taxes may apply depending on the customer's location.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
skinporter sells products internationally. Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their country.
EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
Customers within the European Union may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. However, this right may not apply to cosmetic products once opened due to hygiene considerations.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
skinporter products are cosmetic skincare products subject to hygiene restrictions under UK and EU consumer protection law. We accept returns and issue refunds only in the following circumstances:
UNOPENED PRODUCTS
Items returned in their original, sealed, undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
OPENED PRODUCTS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any skinporter product that has been opened, used, or has had its seal broken, unless the product is defective.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Contact us at concierge@skinporter.com before returning any item. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
skinporter offers shipping to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on location, customs processing, or carrier delays. Customers outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content including trademarks, logos, product designs, images and written content are the intellectual property of skinporter™ and Yoo Skin Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, skinporter shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or its products.

For customers in Scotland, Scottish law applies and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
For customers in Northern Ireland, Northern Irish law applies and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Irish courts.
For customers in the European Union, your local consumer protection laws apply and disputes may be resolved through your local courts or via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
